Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or order cancellations. If any discrepancies are detected in your shipping details, our team will email you within 3 business days to confirm the information. If we don’t receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim for any lost or stolen packages. We will also work with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the claims process.

Please note that The Letty One is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot offer refunds for such incidents. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement order.
